Rated 1 out of 5 by Vallyboymo from Plastic trays bad for environment! Altho’ our beloved cat enjoys this food, we are no longer buying the food in plastic trays because it is not recyclable. There are other companies using recyclable cans, so Iams better wake up!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jina from Plastic containers, not eco-friendly! I agree with the others. Plastic containers especially that have to be used daily are horrible for the environment! Bring back the old cans! Who cares if my cat only ate half? I simply put the other half in the frig with a cover. Problem solved. Also, I like the other type rather than the pate.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jodie from Misleading consumers on portions per package I bought this and gave each of my 2 cats a portion” and they looked at me for more. Then I got online - it says at least 2 portions per 5 lbs of cat weight - what adult cat weighs 5 pounds? so misleading! That means my 10 pound cats need about 5 of these so called “portions” per day. 99 cents used to buy a 5 ounce can of Iams - now it buys not even 3 ounces of the same food. I won’t buy this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Muggs from NOT a good substitute for Purrfect Delights I’m sure this grain-free flavor is healthier and more appealing to a lot of people, but my cats will NOT eat the Perfect Portions variety of wet food. They will only eat the seafood flavors of Iams Purrfect Delights (flaked in sauce), but unfortunately, it looks like all of the stores and online spaces are phasing out that kind for these Perfect Portions flavors which are not a good substitute. I also don’t like that this is packaged in plastic because it’s so much worse for the environment than the metal cans previously used. ANOTHER downside for me is that these are packaged into 2 even servings, but we usually split one can between 3 cats, so the whole portion thing is pointless. Again, I’m sure this food is great for other people, and I really do wish my cats liked this, but they are so picky that we might have to get rid of wet food from their diets all together once Purrfect Delights go off the shelves. For anyone looking for a replacement for Purrfect Delights canned food, this is NOT it.
